Franekervaart
This is one of the tipical Frisian waterways. Having left the Van Hanixmakanaal, a bit east of Franeker, one finds oneself surrounded by wide meadows. Now and then a steeple is greeting from far or cattle at the canal. Sorry, a part of the villages of Winsum and Oosterlittens of course….
