Ringvaart van de Haarlemmermeerpolder
The cruising ring southeast of Amsterdam is 60 km, Buitenkaag to Buitenkaag with the huge yachting areas of Westeinderplassen, Brassemermeer and Plassen. On this stretch one sees next to millions of flowers quite a number of people of Amsterdam, especially on weekends…
And, almost in the middle of it, the airport of Schiphol, is providing some noise.

Spaarne, the waterway of Haarlem
Navigable parts of Spaarne go from Haalemmermeerpolder south of the town of Harlem to the north, the Noordzeekanaal.   Between Haarlem and Spaarndam there is another link to Haarlemmermeerpolder, river Liede.
