Augustowski Canal | Poland, Narew River | Poland

blank_pageRiver Biebrza
is the short connection across the natural park from the
Narew to the Augustowski canal. This waterway used to go from the Weichsel at Warsaw over the Neman (Nemunas) in Balarus and had there access to the Baltic Sea and over the river Schara and the Oginski canal to the Dnepr. Goniadz is the only place offering a minimum of infrastructures.
