Poland is undertaking great efforts to welcome western skippers already next summer. Agenda is called “Welcome to the waters of Poland”. In order to be able to explore the waters open at this point, you should reserve a few month. Unfortunately, links to the east and the Black Sea are not navigable but the other 3000 km inland should be enough to start with! Please take into consideration that infrastructure is not yet up to those in Western Europe.
